My family and I have been Dr. Jane's patients for a number of years now. Three years ago, we moved away and have recently returned to the area. I had not yet gotten the kids back into the local dental-visit routine when my eldest had some late-night dental pain. I called Dr. Jane's office the next day, and the staff knew who my child and I were before looking up our patient history and asked about our move and transition back. It was a great personal touch, and I feel that the staff is invested in us as people ... and then went a step further and offered my child a same-day appointment!
